He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jean and Bill Drew. He is survived by: his grandparents, Rich and Alice Stephens; his sister Shannon Stephens; his wife JoAnne Gardiola; his parents, Patrick Stephens and Karen Stephens; his sisters, Brandy McCoy (Nate) and Kelly Fahrenthold (Austin); and his nieces and nephews, Bryce, Natalie, Chase and Riley. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
