He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles and Evelyn Allen. He is survived by: his parents, Ryan Bartholomew and Miranda Bartholomew; his sister Peyten Bartholomew; and his grandparents, John and Peggy Bartholomew.
The Evan Bartholomew Hope & Healing Memorial Fund has been founded to make contributions to charities that help those affected by addiction and support drug prevention and awareness programs.
