It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Kay Friley of Moore, Oklahoma, born in Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on May 6, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Verna Mae and Elvin Hoffman; her husband Jim Friley; her children, Melody Reid and Gary Jones; her sister Joyce Anderson; and her brothers-in-law, Randy Anderson and Bill Khourie.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharla Aspenson (David) of Iowa; her siblings, Richard Hoffman (Melva) of Texas, Linda Wince (Rick) of Illinois and Karen Khourie of Oklahoma; her children-in-law, Rita Jones of Oklahoma and Ron Reid of Kansas; her grandchildren, Brian Reid (Michele) of Kansas, Anthony Jones of Oklahoma, Brianna Walderbach (Chad) of Iowa and Daniel Glenn of Iowa; her close friends, Natasha and Otis Kelly; and her pet Sassy. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews.
