She is survived by: her significant other Melvin Winter; her children, Kathryn Jean West, Janet Russell (Tommy Russell) and Steve Winter (Lisa Winter); her grandchildren, Joseph West, Whitney Dyer, Kristina Birge and Stephanie Winter; and her great grandchildren, Emma Birge and Reed Birge.
