He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Rhodes and Billie Sue Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Carol Rhodes; his children, Justin, Ryan and Caitlin; his daughter-in-law Lynsi; and his grandchildren, Max, Theo and Nora.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Highland Park Baptist Church (400 N Blackwelder Ave, Edmond, OK 73034). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (1500 W Wyatt Rd, Purcell, OK 73080).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Highland Park Baptist Church in Joe's honor, continuing the ministry and work that meant so much to him throughout his life.
