He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Calvin Smith Jr. and Dorothy Laverne Smith (Moore); his daughter Heather Smith Walker (Cody); his grandchildren, P. J. and Andie; his son Shane Smith (Kelly); his grandson Cooper; and his nephew Trey Campbell.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Henderson Hills Baptist Church (1200 E Interstate 35 Frontage Rd, Edmond, OK 73034).
