It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Ann Lewis of Moore, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 20, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Cannady Nettles; her husband Joe Bob; and her father Albert Nettles. She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Adams (Robert) of Moore and Debbie Lewis (Kelly Clark) of Oklahoma City; her grandson Grant Adams (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Ellie and Finley of Yukon; her grandson Stuart Adams (Emily) of Guthrie; her siblings, Joyce Derryberry of Bolivar, Jerry Nettles (Tiny) of Idabel and Billy Nettles (Sheila) of Norman; and her sister-in-law Billie Graham of Bethany. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
