She is survived by: her mother Tammy Gentry; her significant other Justin Cagg; her children, Kolby, Kaylee, Casey, Nevaeh and Lila; her siblings, Amanda Brummett (Ryan) of Moore and Dustin Blalock (Katelynn) of Norman; and her grandmother Judy Gentry of Noble.
