He is survived by: his children, Shandi Lee Wells, Charlee (Jake) and Johnny Mario Wells (Lexi); his grandchildren, Maddie, Tanner, Gavin, Genevieve, Gunner, James, Jaxson and Anastasia; his brother Kory Wells; his close friends, Dusty Myer and Poncho Trujillo; and the mother of his children Terri Eaton.
