He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McAlvain and Willadean Witcher; and his brother Richard McAlvain. He is survived by: his wife Tammy McAlvain; his son Christopher McAlvain; his granddaughters, Kelsey and Alyssa McAlvain; his daughter-in-law Melissa Thompson; his sister Patty London; his half-sister Carrie Haslacker; his nephew Billy London; and his niece Dana Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
