He is survived by: his wife Julia Donaldson; his children, Amanda Smith (Caleb), Madison Fairweather (Tom) and Payden Donaldson; his grandchildren, Braxton, Tryston, Preston, Olivia, Kinsley, Mason, Aurora, Lovey and Kacey Mae; his parents, Carolyn Donaldson and Lonnie Donaldson; and his sisters, Tammie Hartman (TC) and Lisa Dunn (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
