She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Ruyle; and her son Stephen Ruyle. She is survived by: her children, Colette DeClark (Robert) and Richard K. Ruyle II (Connie); her daughter-in-law Linda Ruyle; her grandchildren, Kyle, Nick, Kevin Ruyle and Rebecca Prater; and her sisters, Delores Waltersheid and Virginia O'Kelley. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Mildred was a member of St. James Catholic Church, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the church in her memory.
