He was predeceased by: his mother Laura; and his grandfather Leon. He is survived by: his wife Billie; his father Madaleno Rojo-Chavez; his children, Brice Diehl, Christina Williamson (Jacob Riley) and Marissa Williamson (Manny Duran); his sister Dorothy Morales; and his grandson Jaxon Don Riley.
