He is survived by: his children, David Gage of Edmond, Oklahoma, Krystal Millican (Jason) of Norman, Oklahoma, Steph Jacobs-Rector (Chantal) of Washington Oklahoma, Karen Smith (Sam) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Teresa Lowry of Moore Oklahoma, Harold Gage (Sandra) of Siloam Springs, Glenda Friedline (Kevin) of Moore, Norman Stevens Jr. (Chip) and James Stevens; and his sisters, Carolyn Igo and Mary Ellen Long of Westville, Oklahoma.
