He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Sr. Provencio and Mary Provencio. He is survived by: his wife Julia Provencio; his son Daniel Provencio; and his grandson Jacob Provencio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Children's Miracle Network or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
