She was predeceased by: her parents, Ogusta Allen and Joe Scoggins. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Noisey Jr. and Troy Noisey; her grandson Troy Noisey Jr.; her sisters, Drucilla Baker and Jimmie Cesar; and her daughters, Rhonda Noisey, Deborah Noisey and Tina Noisey. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces.
