He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Osborn and Mary Osborn (Tucker); and his brother Tony Osborn. He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Plunkett (Osborn) and Ashley Hayes (Joyce Osborn); his grandchildren, Kylie, Zane, Sky Vanderploeg and Gabriella "Gabby" Plunkett; and his siblings, Brian Osborn and Tammy Brown (Osborn).
