He is survived by: his wife Donna Yorkston Eustice; his son Bryan Eustice; and his sister-in-law Jamie Yorkston. He is also survived by cousins and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Moore First United Methodist Church, Christian Life Center (201 W Main St, Moore, OK 73160).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
