She was predeceased by : her father James T. Horn. She is survived by : her mother Billie Jo Horn; her husband Bill; her sons, Adam (Angie) and Patrick (Cristin); her grandson Caleb Atkins; and her great grandchildren, Montana and Jones of Indiana.
In remembrance of Rhonda's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the American Liver Foundation.
