He is survived by: his wife Gail Elliott; his daughters, Jennifer White, Angela Reeves, Christina Martinez, Brianna Elliott and Amanda Elliott; and his siblings, Joseph Elliott, Steven Hill, Patrick Hill and Debbie Elliott. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
