He is survived by : his mother Shirley Valentine (Johnson); his wife Brenda Burnett; his children, Jeffrey Burnett (Stephanie), Joseph Burnett and Leia Unsworth (Bill); his grandchildren, Gage, Seth, Ashlyn (Sissy Bug) and Callie Jo; and his sisters, Vicki Papcvynsky, Susan Jones and Jackie Sydor.
