He is survived by: his children, Pam Proctor (Dennis), Brad Bartholomew (Gina) and Karen Fain; his grandchildren, Cami Sheaffer (Doc), Brandi Ryerson (Jeremy), Garrett Batholomew (Ashley Brown), Cory Proctor (Brittany), Kelsey Fain and Matthew Fain (Makaela); his great grandchildren, Trip, Mason, Shaylee, Josie, Anniston and Isabella; and his brother John Bartholomew (Pauline).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John Ireland Funeral Home (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Emmaus Baptist Church (16001 S Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73170).
