She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Eugene Barkley and Georgia Marie Barkley (Ellison); her stepfather Eddie Bluford; and her brother James Barkley. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Selena, Jason Williams of Norman, Matthew Wagner and Stephanie Harris of Moore; her grandchildren, Gavin, Jessa, Kenzie and Jack; and her brother Louis Barkley (Regina) of Paden. She is also survived by two nieces, a great niece, four great nephews, and great-great niece and nephews.

In lieu of plants or flowers, the family encourages donations to be made to the Bethany Children's Health Center in memory of Virginia Wagner.
