He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Arpoika and Charlie Arpoika; his sisters, Nilaree Arpoika and Neketa Moore; and his brother-in-law Dale Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Arpoika; and his children, Islo Arpoika (Karen), Nilaree Manning (Jeff), Buffalo Arpoika, Eagle Arpoika, Willia Arpoika-Cupples and Billy Arpoika (Felicia). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
