He is survived by: his sister Mae Geer of Coaling, Alabama; his children, William Dotts III of Marshalltown, Iowa, Cathy McNew of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Luann Fosdick of DeSoto, Texas and Jeff Dotts of Custer; his grandchildren, Jonathan Craig, Jerry McNew (Micah McNew) and James McNew (Kendra McNew); and his great grandchildren, Jensen, Jaxon, Jordyn, Jaggar and Jerrex. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John Ireland Funeral Home (120 S Broadway Ave, Moore, OK 73160). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
