He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Bowen and Lydia Bowen (Hilbig); his great grandchild Jace Michael Farrar; and his brother Jerry Bowen. He is survived by: his spouse Coetta Harris; his children, Gary, Connie Bowen, Randy, Sharon Bowen, Mark and Dana Bowen; and his great grandchildren, Jennifer Bowen, Chace Haub, Amanda, Nick Kirn (Kayleigh), Keri, Jerod Johnston, James, Hannah Bowen (Ezekiel), Trey and Kelsey Bowen (Charlotte).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Town of Mooreland Beautification Project with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
