He is survived by: his children, Richard Henthorn (Susie), Russell Henthorn, Theresa Murphy (Kevin) and Cynthia Kralik (William); his grandchildren, Brian Murphy (Caila), Melissa Forshner (Dan), Amanda Smith, Camron Smith, Kirstin Currie (Richard), Ian Henthorn, Isaac Henthorn (Sydney), Kandie Thompson (Jerod) and Kameron Kralik (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Hudson Murphy, Abigail Murphy, Stryder Murphy, Lincoln Murphy, Teagan Currie, Tenley Currie, Faye Forshner, Henry Forshner and Kandon Kralik; his stepchildren, Margaret Brittain, Sally Miller (Darrell), Troy Fussell (Hyonhui) and Roxie Emunson (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Samantha Brittain, Penelope Asher, Abbagail Asher, Jaxon Miller, Jase Miller, Chloe Miller and Cashton Dees; Timothy Brittain (Anne Danielczyk), Lyle Brittain, DeLanda Brittain-Asher (Derrick), Devin Miller, Daren Miller (Chonda), Ethan Fussell, Ellie Fussell, Codie Emunson (LeighAnna), Carson McElroy (Camdyn) and Austin Emunson.
