He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Howley and Flora Howley. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Howley; his siblings, Brian Howley (Sandy), Diane Harris (Tim) and David Howley; his nephews, Steven Howley, Matthew Howley and Daniel Montoto (Molly); his niece Anna Bracho (Jorge); and his great-nephews, Leo Bracho and Luca Bracho.
