With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Hoyl in Mountain View, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2026 at the age of 81. Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rosie Evans (Manley) and Sam Evans; her siblings, J. C. Evans, Fred Evans and Jeneva Burkhalter; her husband Lance Hoyl; and her children, Jelene Terneus, Landell Hoyl (Claudia) and Mtn. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
