He is survived by: his siblings, Monte Ray Mammedaty, Ralph Mammedaty Jr. of Oklahoma, Frank Mammedaty (Daisy) of Oklahoma, Jackie Hainta and Kim Mammedaty (Karla). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members.
