She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlene Middleton (Ryan) and Raymond Middleton; her husband Jay Anderson Moses, Sr.; her son Jay-Jay; her siblings, Aubrey Middleton and Shirley Blake; and her great-nephew Joshua Blake.

She is survived by: her daughter Shanna (Scott Harris); her grandchildren, Weston, Jaylynn Harris and Aysha Harris of Fort Smith, AR; her brother Burley; her sisters-in-law, Cathy Middleton of Sallisaw, OK and Fern Middleton of Redland; and her sibling's children, Ronda, Deana, Shawn, Stacey, Jennifer, Julie, Logan and Miranda. She is also survived by Other nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives, and a host of friends.
