It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Gail (Garrett) Phillips of Muldrow, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Betty Jean Walters (Smith) and Deamos Garrett. She is survived by : her husband William Phillips; her children, Skyla Brammer (David), Kayla Allen (Shane), Brandon Coleman (Kimberly), Jeremiah Phillips and Ashtin Cornell of Van Buren, AR; and her brother Dennis Garrett of Muldrow, OK. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
