He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy O'Kelley (Sean), Jennifer Dodson (Stephen Plank) and Stephanie Wofford (Dewayne); his grandchildren, Dalton, Mattie, Tommy, Cason, Jarrett, Katey, Stephan, Bradan, Jacey, Grace, Kie, Shay and McKenna; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Wrenleigh, Brenna, Bella, Liam, Sheppard, Olive, Dex, Lillie, Jasper, Ronan, Kennedy, Kylie, Milly, Bradan and Carson; and his brother Jackie Mader (Karen). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
