He is survived by: his children, Dustin Victory (Annalynn) of Rogers, Travis Victory of Van Buren, Arkansas, Tasha Moad (Mac) of Muldrow and Shilo Williams (Jesse) of Mulberry, Arkansas; and his siblings, Dion Victory (Teresa) of Prue and Allene Smith of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
