He is survived by: his children, Amber Brunk of Muldrow, Oklahoma, Skylor House of Marthaville, Chris Stewart of Grove, Oklahoma and Jami Dans (Roland); his grandchildren, Hannah, River, Hollis, Henley and Taylor; and his siblings, Patricia Cassady, Linda Wheeland, Lena Mae Harrell, Brenda Capehart (Mike) and Kenneth House (Agnes). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
