He is survived by: his wife Jean Chambers (Beakley); his children, Nikki Gann (Chambers), Shawn Chambers (Vickie), Rodney Chambers (LaDonna) and Toby Chambers (Kaylee); and his grandchildren, Taylan, Kanyon, Jonyn, Brennen, Greyson, Ruby, Kai-Lee (Will), Kenzee, Garrett (Elizabeth), April, Terry, Johnathan, Ethan, Bryce, Macy, Connor and Emma. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Agent Mallory Martin Chapel (904 E Shawntel Smith Blvd, Muldrow, OK 74948). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Abundant Life Pentecostal Church (108723 S 4650 Rd, Sallisaw, OK 74955).
