She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Gann and Jenny Gann (Stimson); her husband William Phelan; and her brothers, Jimmy Paul Gann and Harlan James Gann, Sr..
She is survived by: her sons, Darrell Phelan (Lisa), Roger Phelan of Grove, OK and Michael Phelan (Lola Sevenstar); her grandchildren, Darin Phelan (Courtney), Brent Gibbons (Taylor), Tanner Phelan (Jamie) and Megan Phelan (Manuel Benavides); and her brothers, Gary Gann (Judy), Vic Gann of Muldrow, OK, Danny Gann (Cynthia), David Gann (Leona) and Randy Gann (Brenda Nutter Day). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Agent Mallory Martin Chapel (904 E Shawntel Smith Blvd, Muldrow, OK 74948). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Liberty Cemetery.
