He was predeceased by: his parents, Imogene Beatrice Angel Rowland and Richard Cleveland Rowland; and his former wife Jonell Condren Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Mary Anderson-Rowland; his daughters, Jennifer and Angela Rowland; his son-in-law Greg Oehrtman; his stepsons, Tal Anderson (Tiffany) and Trev Anderson (Kristi); his grandchildren, Brevin (Annesley), Jensen (Bee), Kasana (Joel), Kynan, Tiegan, HannahMarie and Lucas; and his great grandchildren, Macrina and Connelly. He is also survived by grandfather and great-grandfather by his family.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Agent Mallory-Martin Chapel (904 E Shawntel Smith Blvd, Muldrow, OK 74948).
