He was predeceased by : his parents, Elsie Irene Walters (Seratt) and Euil Jack Walters; his wife Betty Jean Walters (Smith); and his children, Mark Walters and Cynthia Phillips.
He is survived by : his children, Debra Looper of Roland, OK and Dennis Garrett of Muldrow, OK; and his sisters, Kathy McAllister of Muldrow, OK and Donna Butcher of Muldrow, OK. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
