He was predeceased by: his parents, Oleta Armer and Billy Lee Benge. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Telitha McMurray (Clayton) and Dakotah Benge (Liza); his grandchildren, Evangeline McMurray, Lynnli Benge and Rylee Benge; his sisters, Lindsey Timmons (Steve) and Dana Kelley (Steve); and his stepmother Lisa Benge of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
