She is survived by: her mother Nancy Clark; her children, Jeremy William Bales, Callie Ann Adams (Brandon Adams), David Glen Bales (Kelly Bales), Mollie Bales, Shane Bales, Michael Berry and Casey Clark; her siblings, Fred Clark, Shannan Haynes and Kimberly Clark; and her husband Jimmy Vinson.
