He is survived by: his wife Jalynn Howell (Miller); his daughter Leslie Howell Ygay of Fort Worth, Texas; his grandson Samson Ygay of Fort Worth, Texas; his stepchildren, Brittani Miller of Oklahoma City, Bethany Barnes and Blake Brunk (Kelsie Brunk) of Muldrow, Oklahoma; his stepgrandchildren, Jaelynn Batiste, Kaybree Miller, Harper Barnes, Kyntli Brunk and Kendrix Brunk; and his brother Danny Howell of Fort Smith, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
