He is survived by : his wife Caitlin; his daughter Holland Rae Cantwell; his father Lloyd Cantwell of Muldrow, OK; his brother Jonathan Cantwell of Muldrow, OK; his grandmother Barbara Lewis of Muldrow, OK; his nieces, Madalyn Williams and Jaicee Cantwell; his uncle Boyd Cantwell of Muldrow, OK; his aunts, Sherry Fugett (Carl), Rhonda Cantwell of Muldrow, OK and Lalia Warren (Josh); his cousins, JimBob Cantwell, Schulyer Cantwell, Jessica Page, Emily Cantwell, Summer Thomas, Autumn Wickett, Amy Ridenour, Ashley Spencer and Joshua Warren; and his mother-in-law Linda Hall of Fort Smith, AR. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
