He is survived by: his wife Carla; his children, Ginger Blasingame Martin (Steve), Amy Beakley of Roland, OK, Taylor Beakley of Tontitown, AR, Tiyler Leichner (Chase), Randa Osborn (Jess), Mark Wayne Pratt of Jonesboro and Carson Depew (Briana); his grandchildren, Kyra, Avery, Stevie, Nora, Daphne, Tralin, Tyla and Sage; his siblings, Mary Harvey (James), Jean Chambers of Liberty, Oklahoma and Danny Beakley (Charlene) of Liberty, Oklahoma; and his caregiver Martha Edwards of Muldrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Agent Mallory Martin Chapel (904 E Shawntel Smith Blvd, Muldrow, OK 74948). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
