She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce Osborn Henson (Dean) and Joseph Osborn; her daughter Carrie Teague; and her sisters, Sarah, Becky and Terri.
She is survived by: her son Wayne Teague of Muldrow, OK; and her siblings, Debra Litchford of Las Vegas, NV, Brenda Smith of Las Vegas, NV, Johnny Osborn of Henderson, NV and Rusty Osborn of Mesquite, NV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews cousins other relatives and friends.
