She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Knight and Irrie Avis Knight (Wynn); and her husband Joel Haggard. She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Boggs (Michael) of Stillwater, Oklahoma; her granddaughter Brooke Boggs of Stillwater; her sister Fay Tipton (Michael) of Mounds, Oklahoma; her nephews, Brian Tipton of Mounds and Rodney Brown (Jodi) of Roanoke; and her great-niece Mallory Brown of Roanoke. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Smith-Gallo Funeral Home (220 N 1st St, Guthrie, OK 73044). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mulhall First Baptist Church (101 N Craig St, Mulhall, OK 73063).
Jeannie was passionate about supporting Veterans, regularly donating to causes that honored their service.
