She is survived by: her sons, George Carter (Denise) of Okay, OK and David Carter of Tulsa, OK; and her grandchildren, Vernon Shaffer of Long Beach, CA, Darrell Shaffer of Chino Hills, CA, Raymond Scott of Puyallup, WA, Jennifer Apple of Okay, OK, Nicole Carter of Bartlesville, OK and Heather Carter of Bartlesville, OK. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
