She was predeceased by: her parents, George Foutch and Edith Foutch (McLaughlin); her siblings, Jean Sullivan, Betty Cope and Raymond Foutch; her siblings-in-law, Sue Foutch, Pete Crowe and Bob Sullivan; and her nieces, Heather Martin and Linda Osburn.

She is survived by: her husband Joe; her siblings, Pauline Crowe of Coweta, OK, Joyce Foutch of Tahlequah, OK, Carol Martin (Mike) of Muskogee, OK and George Foutch, Jr. (Michelle) of Eldora, IA; her brother-in-law Buck Cope of Haskell, OK; and her nieces and nephews, Sharon Hutchison (Joel), Kathy Ewing, Debbie Greeson (Jim), Janice Clocker (Barry), Raenee Bennett (Carl), Vicki Barnhouse (Tim), Lindsey Pledger (Jeremy), Vickie Freeman (Bryan), Ron Sullivan (Tempest), Bobby Sullivan (Lisa), Randy Foutch (Jean), Rick Foutch (Janet), Josh Foutch (Ashley), Donnie Crowe (Kelly), Bill Foutch (Leslie), P. J. Foutch (Natalie), Johnny Adams (Maree), Nate Martin (Lori), Lin Cope (Dianna), Mitch Cope (Christy) and Eddie Cope (Sheree). She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
