She was predeceased by: her parents, Seaver Fields and Gracie Fields (Roland); her children, Tina Fields-Jones and Steven Joe Fields; her grandson Monte'Thomas; and her siblings, Harvey Wesley Fields, Seaver Fields Jr., Billy Ray Fields of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Marjorie Nelson, Dorothy Hillary and Sarah Bolding.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Fields of Edmond and Trina Osborn (Adam) of Muskogee, Oklahoma; her sisters, Jeanette Brown of Muskogee and Mary Ann Brown (John) of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Marlicia Campbell (Antoine) of Oklahoma City, Brittney Fields of Muskogee, Danell Dorsey (Alize) of Oklahoma City, Adam Osborn Jr. of Muskogee and Amya Osborn of Muskogee, Oklahoma. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and a loving host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
