He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Keown and Pearl Keown (Ruark); his sisters, Mary Jo Rains and Nossie Avery; his cousin Tommy Able; and his niece Paula Hamon.
He is survived by: his spouse Fran Halfast; his children, Beverly Keown of Scottsdale, AZ and Bobby Ray Keown of New Hall, CA; his grandchildren, Ryan Williamson of Scottsdale, AZ and Lindsey Anderson of Powell, TN; his great-nieces, Leslie Culver of Wagoner, OK, Lisa Jo Mounger of Muskogee, OK and Karen Mock of Broken Arrow, OK; his niece Marla Rains (Drake); and his nephews, John Rains of Sapulpa, OK and Jason Rains of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be sent to the general fund of Boulevard Christian Church.
